· Clearly and conspicuously post on your website that you are an “unofficial” FON site (Fon Fansite) and are in no way affiliated with FON or have the authority to operate, negotiate, make any sales, or engage in any other activity in FON’s name;
· Refrain from representing yourself as affiliated with FON in any way;
· Refrain from engaging in any sales of routers or other products through your website (be them FON related or otherwise);
· Refrain from providing FON Software or Firmware for downloading from your website;
· Refrain from contacting any person or company who may reasonably believe that such communication is in the name of FON or any of its subsidiaries;
· Refrain from engaging in any other activity that implies that you are in any way directly or indirectly affiliated with FON or any of its subsidiaries.
In return, FON shall post a link to your website on the FON webpage that lists friendly, unofficial FON websites. FON will also provide your website with FON “unofficial Fansite” logos for you to use.

By continuing to operate a FON Fansite, you agree (a) that if you violate any of the above restrictions, in addition to being liable in damages to Fon Wireless Limited and its affiliated companies, FON may seek injunctive relief to prevent you from continuing your unauthorised use of the name FON and its 
trademarks, products and services and you will be responsible to reimburse FON for any legal costs it may incur and (b) to indemnify Fon Wireless Limited and its affiliated companies from any and all losses, claims, actions, suits or proceedings (including legal fees) resulting from the operation of your website 
and your use of the name FON and its trademarks, products and services.
